Profile Maintenance

Instead of calling or writing to Customer Services you are able to easily keep your own contact details up to date at all times.  It is important to keep details current ensuring CBH can contact you if required.

Updating Your Contact Details

  1. Select a Client ID (Customer ID)
  2. If required enter a Care of Name
  3. Change the Address
  4. Update the Town/Suburb
  5. Select a State
  6. Enter a Post Code
  7. Enter a Contact Name
  8. Enter an Email Address
  9. If the email address is the location LoadNet is to send information to, check the box next to Tick to set this as your LoadNet email address
  10. Update the Home Phone
  11. Enter a Work Phone
  12. Enter a Fax number
  13. Update the Mobile number
  14. Click on the Submit button

A message will confirm that your request has been submitted.  You will receive an email when the details have been updated.

 

Updating Delivery Title Details

To change details of your Delivery Title a "Grower/Supplier Application for Registration as Deliverer of Grain to CBH" form must be completed, signed and returned to Grower Services.

  1. Select the link 'Click Here to complete a change of Deliver Title Request form'.
  2. Click on the Print icon on the toolbar when the pdf form opens
  3. Complete the form.  Don't forget to sign and date it on the second page
  4. Return to Grower Service using the contact details at the top of the form

 

Updating Financial Details

To change your Banking details a "Change to Supplier Details" form must be completed, signed and returned to Grower Service.

  1. Select the link 'Click Here to complete a Financial Details change form'.
  2. Click on the Print icon on the toolbar when the pdf form opens
  3. Complete the form.  Don't forget to sign and date it on the first page
  4. Return to Grower Service using the contact details at the top of the form
