Estimates

Growers who intend to deliver grain to the CBH group are encouraged to submit a pre-delivery estimate.  Crop estimates also provide critical input into your Company's harvest planning process.  This information assists with providing timely and cost effective receival services, storage, outturn and transport planning of your grain.

The LoadNet Estimate details entry page uses your preferred sites listing to make it easier to find the site you want from a drop down box.

Prior to entering your estimates, we recommend that you check your preferred sites list under the 'My Details' and 'Preferences' tabs and ensure all the sites to which you would like to deliver are included.

Even if you are not harvesting this season, click in the Not planting this harvest check box to assist CBH with the harvest planning.

Entering Estimates

First Screen - Customer and Property selection

1. Select a Customer ID
2. Select a Property
3. Indicate whether or not you are planning a crop by ticking the appropriate box.
   This will take you to the Estimates Details screen. 

Second Screen - Estimate Details

Enter Estimate details for each commodity and variety. Add, remove or change information as required.

(Note: to assist, some previous estimate information may be pre-filled).

1. Click on the Commodity drop down list and make a selection
2. Click on the Variety drop down list and select the variety you're growing
3. Enter the Hectares for Delivery
4. Enter the actual number of Hectares Sown

  The estimates for the total hectares sown are for the 'selected property' regardless of who actually sows them (eg share farming)

8. Select the Receival Sites you would prefer to deliver to.  (Provision is made for up to four possible sites for each variety)
9. Enter the percentage of the variety to be delivered to each of the preferred sites. The total percentage for each variety must be 100%.
10. If more lines are required click on the Add Another Line button.
11. Click on the Submit button when all estimates have been entered

Please Note:

• If you make an error you can click the reset button to reload your estimate details as entered before you started to make changes.
• If you have sown a variety that is not listed, click on the instruction link to advise us for inclusion. This variety will be added to your estimates.  You will not need to come back to add it later.
• You may update your estimate information later if changes are required.
• Repeat this process for each property from which you will be delivering.

  If you can not see a preferred Receival Site, this indicates it has not been selected in your Preferences.  Go to the 'My Details' tab, select the 'Preferences' tab and follow the prompts. We recommend that you do this before you start entering your Estimates.
