Download Paperwork Selection

There are several important documents in LoadNet that you may wish to download onto a computer or print out a hard copy for your records.  This page allows you to search for Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI's), monthly statements, interim statements, load extracts and more. Documents are available in a number of different formats including CSV, "CSV Agrimaster", XML and PDF.

• PDF documents are suitable for printing.
• CSV and XML files can be imported into Excel.
• "CSV Agrimaster" is formatted for import into the Agrimaster accounting program.

Statements and Other Document Downloads (excluding RCTIs)

The layout of the search form changes depending on the document type you are searching for. All document types other than RCTI's will display 4 fields:

1. Select a document Type
2. Select a Customer ID
3. Select a Season
4. Choose a download Format
5. Click on the Display Downloads button

Documents matching the criteria are displayed in a table

6. Click on the Reference number
7. When the File Download window appears click on Open to view the document or Save to save the document to the pc.

RCTI Downloads

1. Select RCTIs from the Type dropdown list
2. Select a Customer ID
3. Select a Season
4. Select a Payer or leave it set to ALL
5. Select a Commodity or leave it set to ALL
6. Select a Month or leave it set to ALL
7. Select a Format or leave it set to ALL

8. Click on the Reference number
9. When the File Download window appears click on Open to view the document or Save to save the document to the pc.
