Property Maintenance

Some details of your property can be maintained via LoadNet such as adding or deleting lots and updating hectares held or cleared.

  Whole properties can not be added or deleted within LoadNet.  Contact Grower Services Centre for assistance.

Updating Property Details

The criteria below are all optional and do not have to be changed unless required.

1. Select a Property Holder
2. Select a Property No
3. Select the Nearest Receival Point
4. Select an Alternative Receival Point

If the nearest and/or alternative receival point does not appear in the list, go to My Details, select Preference and update the preferred sites list.

5. Enter the Total Hectares Held
6. Enter the Total Hectares Cleared
7. Click on the Submit button

Deleting Lots

To delete a lot, click on the Del link near the chosen lot number.

Adding Lots

1. Click on the Add Lots buttons.  This will open another window.
2. Select a Land Location Parcel
3. Enter a Lot Number
4. Select a Shire
5. Enter the Hectares Held
6. If required enter the Hectares Cleared
7. Click on the Confirm Add button

The new lots will be listed on the main page

8. Click on the Submit button to confirm your changes

Grower Services will receive notification and update the lots before you can make additional changes.
