Load Nomination Changes

When grower loads require details to be corrected a Load Change Request is required.  CBH must be advised of any changes to any details  for data integrity and LoadNet reporting purposes. 

Either CBH or the Marketer will be notified of your request depending on the details of the change.  No request is finalised until it is flagged as 'Complete' by CBH.

Raising a Change Request

  1. Select your Customer ID
  2. Select the Season
  3. The Email Address should default to your LoadNet resisted email address.

Info Icon  If the email address is incorrect go to to 'My Details' and select the 'Profile' tab. Follow the prompts to update your details.

  1. Select the Request Type
  2. Enter either the Nomination Reference or Load Number(s) that require changing
  3. Enter a descriptive message explaining what the error is with the transaction 
  4. Click on the Submit button

A message will appear displaying the Request number and confirming the request has been submitted.

Info Icon  To track how the request is progressing, click on the status buttons at the top of the window  eg Pending, Accepted, Denied or Completed.

You will receive confirmation of the outcome via the email address provided when the request has been finalised.

Warning Icon  Do not forget that some changes may require you to nominate your loads again eg cancel nomination request.
