Donating Loads to a Charity

Growers may choose to donate a load or part of a load to a charity. Donations are actually donations of 'grain proceeds' therefore Growers must nominate an Acquirer.   This method is similar to the Load Nomination process.

1. If required, select your Customer ID
2. Select a Season
3. Select a Commodity
4. Select a Zone
5. Choose a Charity your load(s) will be donated to
6. Select an Acquirer
7. Select a Payment Method.
8. Choose the Destination site where the load will be moved to
9. Click on the Select Loads button

This will take you to the Select Loads window where you can nominate and transfer loads.

  Whilst the Charity will receive the profits via payment from the Acquirer, they will incur the standard receival charges.  

•  As payments are 'gross' payments, charities will be billed CBH Operations grower charges.
• As payments are 'Destination based prices', freight will be billed to the charity.
• This is a split load process, meaning the charges will also be split ie if 50% of a load is donated, 50% of the charges will be attributed to the charity.
