Grower to Grower Transfers

Grower to grower trading allows a grower (primary grower) to transfer all or part of a load to another grower.  This is done by 'splitting' the load and transferring the nominated quantity to another grower.  Previously this was done by the grower completing a 'Declaration of Legal Ownership' which changed the load instead of retaining the split history for reporting purposes.

  However, if a load was delivered incorrectly at the receival point a 'Declaration of Legal Ownership' form still needs to be completed.  This is available from the Downloads > Documents link on the side menu bar.  Please complete and fax to the contact details on the form.

1. Select your Customer ID
2. Select a Season
3. Select a Commodity
4. Enter the Grower Id of the grower receiving the grain.
5. If known, enter the Load Number
6. Click on the Select Loads button

This will take you to the Select Loads window where you can nominate and transfer your stock.

  Please be aware of the following:

• Shareholder eligibility is retained by the primary grower due to shareholder reporting being done on 100% of the 'original' load and ignoring 'splits'.
• The grower receiving the grain sees the load as having 21 days for nomination.
• Property details of the primary grower is retained for database integrity purposes.
• Standard receival charges apply to the new load.
